Our training programs are focussed on employees being able to fully contribute to our goals and vision. All our employees are trained in accordance with documented plans, which not only include the necessary job training, but training in wider fields such as Lean Manufacturing, problem solving, continuous improvement and safety.

High levels of service, quality and flexibility are the key to a successful business and we employ proven and tested techniques to achieve this, including Lean Manufacturing and 6S.

Quality improvement is a never ending road and we continuously strive to improve all our systems and processes. We regularly review our aims and objectives to ensure we remain world class and that our objectives and targets are ambitious yet achievable.

We recognise that in order to fulfil our quality objectives we must ensure that our suppliers share similar values. Suppliers to our organisation must be approved using strict criteria and once approved, their performance is carefully monitored and has to be maintained to remain on our approved supplier list. We encourage constructive partnerships with our suppliers and share best practice to the benefit of both parties.
